Ideas are cheap; focus is expensive. Everything here gets screened through backlog.md before it competes for the one active project slot.

• Markdown → slides — turn a note into a deck. Fun, unclear demand.

Rule

A clear "no" is a win — it saves months. Only a clear pass earns a note and a small first experiment. See the screening frame in backlog.md.
